Confirmation of Hotel Reservation
Hotel reservation will be confirmed after receipt the registration form with the full payment.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the booked hotel/holiday village.
In case the hotel/holiday village you prefer has already been fully booked, Bonaca Travel reserves the right to make arrangement in a similar one.
Without the payement, the booking will not be processed.


Change of Booking
All accommodation changes ( name changes, change of dates, change of room type etc ), must be made in writing and send to Bonaca Travel. Please do not contact the hotel/holiday village directly. A processing fee of 12 € will be changed for each change made.


CANCELLATION POLICY:
Changes and cancellation must be notified in writing ( e-mail, fax or post ) to the Travel Agency Bonaca.
If notice of cancellation is received by the Travel Agency Bonaca before July 31st, 2007 the full amount will be reimbursed.
No claim for refunds whatsoever will be accepted after July 31st, 2007.
All refunds will be issued after the Congress.
